John Carter brings over four decades of leadership, service, and investigative expertise to his role as Chief Investigator and Advisor. A proud United States Marine Corps veteran with 11 years of military service and 32 years in law enforcement, John’s career reflects an unwavering commitment to justice, discipline, and public safety.

Throughout his distinguished tenure, John has served in key leadership positions including Chief of Police for the city of Crofton, Nebraska and Chief Deputy Sheriff of Dundy County Nebraska, overseeing complex investigations, managing large-scale operations, and guiding personnel with integrity and strategic vision. His deep knowledge of criminal law is reinforced by his achievement as a Creighton law school graduate, further enhancing his ability to lead with both tactical precision and legal insight.

As Chief Advisor and Investigator, John brings a commanding presence, a wealth of experience, and a mission-first mindset to every case. His leadership plays a pivotal role in upholding the values of Honor, Service, and Safety.
